Present Perfect Tense

Meaning: Used for actions that started in the past and are still relevant now, or happened at an unspecified time. Formed with "have/has" + past participle.
Example: I have finished my homework. / She has lived in Delhi for five years.
Past Continuous Tense

Meaning: Used for actions that were in progress at a specific point in the past. Formed with "was/were" + verb-ing.
Example: I was studying when the power went out.
