  1. Tell me about yourself.
    View Sample Answer

Start with a short professional summary - your current role, years of experience and core skills. Then mention one or two achievements relevant to this job, and end by connecting your background to why you are excited about this specific role. Keep it under two minutes and avoid repeating your entire resume line by line.

  2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
    View Sample Answer

Pick 2-3 genuine strengths backed by a quick example (e.g. "I am good at breaking down complex problems - in my last project I simplified a slow reporting process and cut runtime by 40%"). For a weakness, choose something real but not critical to the job, and show what you are actively doing to improve it, e.g. "I used to avoid public speaking, so I started volunteering for team demos and it has gotten much easier."

  3. Why should we hire you?
    View Sample Answer

Connect 2-3 of your strongest, most relevant skills directly to the job description, back them with a concrete result, and mention what makes you different from a typical candidate (attitude, adaptability, domain knowledge, etc). End confidently: "I am confident I can contribute from day one and grow with the team."

  4. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
    View Sample Answer

Show ambition that is realistic and aligned with the company - e.g. "I want to grow from an individual contributor into someone who can mentor others and take ownership of bigger projects, ideally within this organization if the growth path supports it." Avoid vague answers like "I don't know" or overly specific titles that may not exist here.

  5. Why do you want to leave your current job / Why are you looking for a change?
    View Sample Answer

Stay positive - focus on what you are moving TOWARD (growth, new challenges, better alignment with your skills) rather than what you are running FROM. Never criticize your current employer, manager or colleagues, even if the real reason is negative.
