🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the day-to-day operations of the Chennai office
✅ Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and workplace discipline
✅ Coordinate with Team Leads to ensure projects and deliverables stay on track
✅ Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly operational review meetings
✅ Track task completion and drive accountability across departments
✅ Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards for the Canada management team
✅ Resolve operational challenges and improve business processes
✅ Oversee office administration and cross-functional coordination
✅ Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ 8+ years of Operations or Office Management experience
✔️ Experience managing teams of 20–50 employees
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
✔️ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Experience in BPO, ITES, Shared Services, Corporate Operations, IT Services, or Business Operations
✔️ Software development experience is NOT required
