Role Overview
We're looking for an Area Manager based in Chennai to drive clinic operations, patient coordination, and business growth for Simpladent India. This role suits candidates who are organized, target-driven, and comfortable managing day-to-day operations alongside outreach and coordination work.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow coordination
+ Support lead generation, referral tie-ups, and local outreach initiatives
+ Coordinate between front-desk, clinical, and marketing teams
+ Track appointment conversions, follow-ups, and patient satisfaction
+ Assist in vendor, inventory, and administrative management
+ Report performance metrics to leadership
Eligibility (any one track)
+ Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years' experience, B.com / BBA
+ Candidates with 1–2 years' experience (any relevant field)
+ MBA freshers
+ Skills Required
+ Strong communication (English + Tamil preferred)
+ Basic MS Excel / reporting skills
+ Ownership mindset, willing to work on-ground in Chennai
+ Prior healthcare/clinic exposure is a plus, not mandatory
