We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Concierge Consultant to deliver exceptional service experiences to premium and HNI clients. The role involves handling customer requests, travel arrangements, itinerary planning, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer queries via Calls, Emails, and Chat while maintaining high service standards.
✅ Assist HNI clients with travel and lifestyle-related requests.
✅ Manage hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and other concierge services.
✅ Plan and design customized itineraries based on client requirements.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams for timely resolutions.
✅ Negotiate rates with travel partners and vendors.
✅ Ensure complete customer satisfaction from first contact until case closure.
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional support.
🎓 Qualification: Full-time Graduate (Candidates from reputed colleges preferred)
💼 Experience:Minimum 6 months of experience in:
• Customer Service • International BPO • Travel Industry • Lifestyle/Concierge Services • Referral Specialist Roles
Required Skills:
✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✔ Experience in Voice & Chat Process
✔ Good knowledge of travel destinations and itinerary planning
✔ Strong customer service orientation
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Good typing speed and online research skills
✔ Creative writing/blogging skills will be an added advantage
✔ Knowledge of foreign languages will be a plus
