Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SSIS Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft BI tools to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and related technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop BI solutions using Microsoft tools such as:
Power BI
Power BI Report Builder (Paginated Reports)
Power BI Embedded
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Develop, manage, and optimize ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
Create complex queries and transformations using:
T-SQL
Power Query
DAX
Build interactive dashboards and reports with a focus on:
Performance
Usability
Flexibility
Standardization
Implement and manage data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI solutions.
Implement security features such as row-level security (RLS) and role-based access.
Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Microsoft BI stack:
Power BI (Desktop, Service, Embedded)
SSRS and Paginated Reports
Hands-on experience with:
SSIS (ETL development)
T-SQL and SQL Server programming
Proficiency in:
DAX
Power Query (M language)
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions.
Knowledge of implementing security in Power BI and SQL Server.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in enterprise BI environments
Familiarity with Azure data services is a plus
Microsoft certifications in Power BI or SQL Server
