What we’re looking for:
✔ 2–3 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
✔ Hands-on experience hiring SAP professionals
(SAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.)
✔ Exposure to hiring for Software Development, Testing, Cloud, Infrastructure & other technology roles
✔ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & networking channels
✔ Good candidate screening, coordination & negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing to offer closure
🔹 Understand technical requirements and identify the right talent
🔹 Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
🔹 Maintain strong pipelines for niche IT skills
