We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive advanced analytics, machine learning, and fraud detection initiatives within the banking and financial services domain.
Key Skills:
✔ Strong expertise in Python & SQL
✔ Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
✔ Experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Feature Engineering, and Behavioral Modeling
✔ Strong understanding of Classification, Clustering & Anomaly Detection techniques
✔ Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, and data preprocessing
✔ Experience handling large-scale transactional datasets; PySpark knowledge is required
✔ Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook, Anaconda, VS Code, Git, and Kubeflow
✔ Experience in MLOps, Model Deployment, Monitoring, Validation, and Performance Tuning
✔ Strong understanding of AML, Fraud Detection, Financial Crime Analytics, RFIs, STR workflows, and Banking Risk Analytics
✔ Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, mentoring, and project leadership skills
