What We Expect:
•Prior experience in Front End Development
• Strong hands-on coding mindset and problem-solving ability
• Experience with React, Redux, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Interest in building modern data-driven dashboards and UI applications
• Curious, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tickets and deliver independently
• Comfortable conducting meetings and following up on project/task status
• Good communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones
• Basic knowledge or interest in Azure, GCP, or cloud technologies
• Someone who wants to grow long-term with a fast-moving startup team
Preferred:
• Candidates with 3+ years of real-time experience.
• Students with GitHub profiles, deployed projects, hackathons, or startup experience
• Candidates who demonstrate initiative, leadership, and strong learning ability
