Accrescent Group is looking for multiple highly motivated students who love building, learning, and solving real-world problems in fast-paced startup environments.
This is a 6-month internship with potential conversion to full-time based on performance and long-term alignment.
📍 5 days onside in San Jose, for 3 months and Hybrid for remaining duration. 🕒 Commitment: ~20+ hrs/week 📅 Flexible work days based on academic schedule

What We Expect:
- Strong curiosity to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- AI specialization or strong interest in AI/ML-based applications
- Ability to read documentation, research papers, APIs, and rapidly implement solutions
- Prior understanding of RAG architectures, AI agents, workflows, or LLM-based systems
- Preferred: Hands-on experience building AI agents or RAG-based implementations
- Exposure to Frontend, Backend, APIs, Endpoints, Data Munging, Cloud Hosting, or Full Stack Development
- Familiarity with Machine Learning / Deep Learning concepts is a plus
- Ability to coordinate with teams, follow up on deliverables, and help keep timelines aligned
- Jack-of-all-trades mindset with willingness to pick up any challenge in a startup environment
- Strong ownership, initiative, leadership mindset, and go-getter attitude
Preferred Candidates:
- Students currently enrolled in Undergraduate or Masters programs in computer and AI related courses.
- Students with deployed projects, GitHub portfolios, AI applications, hackathon projects, or startup experience
- Candidates who have demonstrated leadership, initiative, or impact in academic or non-academic environments
