About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and confident UK Voice Associates to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting professional survey and research calls with UK residents to gather opinions, feedback, and market insights. This is a non-sales and non-customer support role focused on communication, data collection, and quality interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound survey and research calls to UK citizens.
- Engage respondents professionally and accurately record responses.
- Follow survey scripts and project guidelines effectively.
- Maintain high standards of communication and data quality.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned calling targets.
- Accurately update survey responses and call outcomes in the system.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation and neutral accent.
- No strong mother-tongue influence.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage respondents professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in UK shifts.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in voice process, surveys, telecalling, or international process is an advantage.
