• Handle collection and payment reminder calls professionally
• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
• Resolve basic customer queries related to collections
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
🔹 Required Skills
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
