About the Role
This is a dynamic role combining hands-on technical delivery with pre-sales, customer engagement, and practice growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale our Elastic practice.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Work across Elastic Stack (SIEM, Search, Observability)
• Deliver customer solutions end-to-end
• Support pre-sales (solution design, scoping, estimates)
• Contribute to blogs, demos, webinars
• Conduct internal trainings
• Mentor team members and support hiring initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Strong hands-on experience with Elastic (SIEM preferred)
• Experience across full implementation lifecycle
• Excellent communication & client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent
