Responsibilities
* Source and screen IT candidates through job portals and social platforms
* Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates
* Understand technical requirements from hiring managers
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience with C2H, FTE, and C2C.
* Good understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
* Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms and job portals
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
