* End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
* Stakeholder and hiring manager coordination
* HR operations and employee lifecycle management
* Onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement
* HR compliance and Karnataka labor-related practices
Requirements:
✔️ Min 1 year of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience in volume hiring and strategic recruitment preferred
✔️ MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
✔️ Candidates based in Karnataka will be preferred
