We’re Hiring: Senior Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer (Generative & Agentic AI)
Are you passionate about building cutting-edge AI systems and solving real-world problems with machine learning? We’re looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models across diverse use cases
Build advanced NLP pipelines (text generation, summarization, translation, etc.)
Develop and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
Implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
Integrate ML capabilities into existing and new AI-powered products
Work on data processing, feature engineering, and large-scale model training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Ensure model performance, reliability, and scalability in production
Stay updated and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques
🧠 What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
Strong expertise in ML techniques (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, RL)
Hands-on experience with NLP and language models
Solid understanding of Generative AI (transformers, diffusion models, etc.)
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, ADK, etc.)
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Experience in MLOps and deploying ML models at scale
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong knowledge of data pipelines, feature engineering, and large datasets
Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and ethical practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
