Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT governance initiatives and cybersecurity improvements.
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) environment.
Ensure compliance with ISMS and internal security policies.
Handle user access management, onboarding & offboarding.
Oversee software deployment, patching, and upgrades.
Manage data backup, restoration, and system security.
Respond to IT/security incidents in an SLA-driven manner.
Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and SaaS providers.
Conduct cybersecurity training & phishing simulations.
Implement new security solutions.
