About the Role
Care Health Insurance is hiring a Sales Manager to drive our health insurance business in Lucknow. We’re looking for driven professionals who are passionate about the insurance and sales field and want to build a long-term career with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Drive sales of health insurance products through direct customers, agents, and corporate channels in Lucknow
- Team Handling: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/advisors to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their health insurance needs, and provide suitable solutions
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market mapping, and increase Care Health’s presence in assigned territory
- Compliance & Process: Ensure all sales activities comply with IRDAI guidelines and company processes
- Reporting Structure: Role will report directly to the Branch Manager
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in health insurance preferred
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Skills: Must have proper communication skills, a growth mindset, and positive attitude. Strong negotiation and leadership skills required
- Mindset: Candidates genuinely interested in building a career in the insurance and sales domain
- Base Location: Must be based in Lucknow. Only local candidates will be considered
