We are looking for a hands-on Data Steward to help build and mature enterprise data quality and governance capabilities in a green-field / low-maturity environment.
Must Have:
✅ Advanced T-SQL / SQL Server
✅ SSIS Development & Troubleshooting
✅ Data Quality & Data Profiling
✅ ETL / ELT Pipelines
✅ Metadata & Data Lineage Documentation
✅ Experience working in low-maturity or green-field data environments
Nice to Have:
✔ State Government experience
✔ Power BI / Tableau
✔ Data Governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM, MDM)
✔ Cloud exposure (Azure, Databricks, GCP)
Ideal candidates will have experience building scalable data quality processes, governance standards, validation workflows, and enterprise reporting foundations from scratch.
