Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Digital Growth to own and scale user acquisition, conversion, and subscription revenue. This role is focused on execution as much as strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own growth metrics: acquisition, activation, retention, revenue
Scale paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok) with strong ROI focus
Optimise onboarding and freemium → paid conversion
Run rapid A/B testing across funnels and campaigns
Build and manage growth dashboards and analytics
Identify and launch high-impact partnerships and referral channels
What We Need
3+ years (UK market) in growth or performance marketing (startup or app experience preferred)
Proven track record scaling a digital product or subscription model
Strong data skills (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar)
Hands-on executor who can move fast and test constantly
Bonus: Experience with migrant audiences, fintech, or legaltech
