Work with vendors and clients in the US market
Market bench consultants for suitable projects
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors/clients
Negotiate rates and manage placements
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings, if applicable)
Basic understanding of recruitment/staffing is an added advantage
Quick learner with a positive attitude
