Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end relationships with creators, from onboarding to brand collaborations and ongoing support
* Execute brand campaigns for creators: understand briefs, define objectives, assist with scripting, manage contracts, track deliverables, and report performance
* Negotiate and close deals, including pricing and contractual terms for campaigns and partnerships
* Collaborate closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
* Maintain accurate records of campaigns, invoices, and all related communications
* Support pitch initiatives by curating and sharing relevant creator lists for both inbound and outbound campaigns
* Build and maintain a database of creators across categories, while staying updated on emerging and trending talent
Skills & Qualifications:
* 1–3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator relations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenges effectively
* Experience managing multiple creators, agencies, and time-sensitive projects simultaneously
* Working understanding of platforms like Instagram and YouTube
* Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail, with strong organizational and ownership mindset
