Job Description:
We are looking for an Admission Counsellor Intern who will be responsible for guiding students about our Digital Marketing courses, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right program. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
· Counsel students about Techiegigs’ Digital Marketing courses and their benefits.
· Understand students’ career goals and suggest suitable courses accordingly.
· Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until admission confirmation.
· Maintain records of student interactions and admissions in the system.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve admission targets.
Requirements:
· Pursuing or completed graduation in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, or Communication).
· Excellent communication and convincing skills.
· Friendly, confident, and result-oriented personality.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
· Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
