About the role
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll build and scale the Talent Acquisition & HR function from the ground up. You won’t just hire talent — you’ll build the entire talent engine.
What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end hiring across India
• Build and scale US hiring capabilities
• Partner with founders on org design & hiring strategy
• Lead and mentor a TA & HR team (3 members)
• Drive leadership hiring (VP & niche roles)
• Build structured hiring processes, analytics & ATS excellence
• Expand into broader HR (onboarding, performance, policies)
We’re Looking For
✔️ 8+ years in Talent Acquisition / TA Leadership
✔️ Strong experience in B2B SaaS / Product / Startup environments
✔️ Proven track record in India hiring + exposure to US/global hiring
✔️ Experience hiring leadership & hard-to-fill roles
✔️ Strong stakeholder management & team leadership skills
✔️ Hands-on with ATS, hiring metrics & structured interview frameworks
✔️ Interest/experience in broader HR responsibilities
