Are you a backend-heavy engineer who loves building production-ready AI systems? We are looking for a Junior GenAI Engineer to join a high-growth team in Bengaluru!
This isn't a prompt-engineering or research role. This is for the builders—those who want to work on CS Copilots, real-time STT pipelines, and complex document-understanding features that enterprise clients actually rely on.
Key Responsibilities:
CS Copilot: Contribute to real-time assistants, including STT pipelines and LLM suggestions.
Document Intelligence: Extract structured data from unstructured enterprise documents.
AI Reliability: Work on eval frameworks, observability, and graceful degradation of models.
Full-Stack Collaboration: Build AI feature UIs and integrate backend services.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1+ years of full-time experience (or heavy internship/project work) building software with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
Tech Stack: Strong Python skills with hands-on backend experience (FastAPI / Django).
AI Knowledge: Basic understanding of RAG concepts (embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval).
Background: Experience in product-based companies or funded startups (Series A/B).
Education: Tier-1 institutes (IITs, BITS, IIITs) preferred or equivalent experience in top-notch product firms.
