Job Description Work Location Bangalore Experience 5 to 7 years Role Description Discussions with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business issues, goals and requirements. Business requirement gathering and analysis using techniques like Brainstorming requirement workshops observations. Understanding on defining prioritizing and documenting the requirements with respect to the desired architecture and solutions. Work with dev team to obtain high level estimation of effort for the requirement Handling Change Management process, reviewing change requests and driving Pre CAB and CAB meeting to discuss the changes with client Following the projects life cycle methodology like Agile and Scrum defines under the process framework ensured that project deadlines were met. Creating UAT test cases and test the end product before delivering to production Conduct UAT of hardware software before pilot commences and ensure error free environment to conduct pilot Share observed pain points or suggestions to improve deployed product Participating in Top Problem meetings to prioritize and understand the impact of the problems
