We are seeking an experienced **SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) Consultant** to join our team remotely. If you have a strong background in RCM, with at least 3 implementation experiences, and expertise in recruitment marketing, we want to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) solutions. - Lead and participate in RCM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery. - Work on recruitment marketing strategies and tools. - Handle recruiting posting and manage integrations with third-party systems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Skills and Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in SAP SF RCM consulting. - Minimum of 3 successful implementation experiences in RCM. - Expertise in recruitment marketing. - Experience with recruiting posting and working with third-party integrations. - Strong communication and client-facing skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
