Job Title : Senior Data Analyst Location : Royapettah( Chennai) Job Type : Work from Office Company - FundsIndia Experience 5-8 years Notice period : Immediate joiner - 30 days Graduation : Any degree Responsibilities: *Lead a team of data engineers/analysts to ensure project delivery based on the scope with quality and efficiency. *Expert knowledge of data engineering best practices and analytics for identifying & capturing new data sets into data engineering frameworks. *Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in various data sets using analysis and analytic use cases. *Work with business stakeholders to understand business problems and act as a front end for the responsible area. *Conduct research and present findings in the form of an insight report. *Identify new process improvement opportunities with ongoing learning. *Deploy Data engineering life cycle in production for periodic refresh and analytics product delivery. *Automating ETL process & defining life cycle Responsible for data visualization development Key Skills: * Working experience as a Data Analyst/Data Engineer/Lead Analyst in a core analytics team, delivering solutions to external clients or to internal stakeholders within the organization. *Technical expertise in Java/Python programming language is mandatory * Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform advanced queries and create stored procedures *Experience with dashboard reporting, scorecards, and executive presentations focused on analytics (Must have) *Understanding of CRM reporting capabilities *Ability to gather business requirements and translate to technical specifications *An understanding of statistical and predictive modeling techniques and concepts *Sound Knowledge of Data Warehousing including the best practice in ETL Packages, Data Modelling, Data Visualization, and Data Reporting/Dashboard Creation in Tableau / PowerBI/Google Data Studio/Quicksight Tools (Must have) Strong analytic/problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills (Must have) *A desire to learn new things and an ability to adapt to change and innovation *Ability to handle a team and manage individual prioritize workload *Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal) *Knowledge in Cloud services like AWS/Azure & machine learning frameworks. Business knowledge of Capital Markets / Mutual funds / Insurance / Asset Management / Stock market (Good to have)
