Roles & Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions. Build scalable and high-performing web applications that meet business requirements.
Front-End Development: Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern web technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript. You would develop responsive designs and ensure seamless integration with back-end systems.
Back-End Development: Apply your proficiency in back-end technologies like Node.js, Django, Python, or .Net/.Net Core to design and optimize server-side logic. Develop robust APIs and implement efficient data structures to support front-end functionalities.
Database Management: Design and maintain databases, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability. Write optimized queries for data retrieval and manipulation. Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure the delivery of high-quality code. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, system issues, and bugs.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting innovative ideas and implementing new technologies when appropriate.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user manuals. Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field from a reputable Institute.
Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular. Proficiency in back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby. Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), Cloud Technologies, version control systems (Git), and deployment tools (Docker, AWS, Heroku) is desirable.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, propose creative solutions, and implement effective strategies. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve software issues.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Willingness to learn from others and share knowledge.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
