Associate Software Engineer

Job Description: The Software Engineer will work with clients and senior developers to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring the quality of the system. The selected candidate will be part of an Automation project run by the OGS RPA team. Primary Responsibilities: - Design, develop and deploy UiPath based RPA solutions in collaboration with teams as an individual contributor - Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing - Follow implementation of standards and best practices in alignment with architecture patterns - Preparation of all the required documents during deployment - Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process - Bug Fixing and Defect resolution - Work within project constraints and communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager - Participate in trainings to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech./MCA (Computer Science or Information Technology) - At least 0 to 1 year of experience in application development (including scripting & coding), SQL and RDBMS - RPA knowledge - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent Communication skills-Written and Verbal Preferred Qualifications: - UiPath developer certified - Knowledge of Software Engineering Practices(Agile methodology, DevOps, SDLC, etc.)
