Job Description:
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications, services and APIs
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Automate Sales and Service process across Enterprise
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Code deployment using automated build tools and continuous integration
- Interacting with other team members and customers on regular basis
A sample of what you might be doing:
- Develop innovative solutions (e.g. Provide single unified sales user experience integrating applications, how to modernize customer service with Chabot)
- Work hand-in-hand with the business on the best way to solve problems (one day you could be improving the performance of the customer experience, the next you might be developing functionality that provides complex analytics for the business.)
- Leveraging the latest technologies (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, AWS) to build enterprise-wide, scalable systems
