Candidate Required skills: - Should be a one-stop solution for clients - Develop a clear understanding of internal & external requirement - Provide input in the area of collaborative planning, recommending new approaches and processes that ensures seamless communication between client and servicing team and servicing team and Ops team - Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and Powerpoint - Provide adhoc support through analysis and various inputs to the client - Accuracy, detail and follow up orientation - Fact based and responsive decision making - Ability to create, establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients - Ability to succeed under pressure and in high-growth and fast-paced environments
