Job Details
To rise to the challenge, you will need:
- 2 - 5 years experience in Testing (manual and automation) of business software applications
- Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Watir, Sahi, QTP etc
- Knowledge of Scripting Languages, like Java, Python, Ruby, etc
- Exposure to Basic Java / .Net development environment
- Ability to write simple code to test applications
- Awareness of basic OO programming (Classes/Methods, Etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL
- An interest in the business domain and key business drivers influencing the quality of software applications
- The ability to work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to create and prioritize Test Plans.
- Senior testers (4+ years) should possess demonstrable leadership thinking and expertise with testing methods, strategies, and tools
- Ability to lead, mentor and guide team members
