Job Description:
- Handling queries from international customers on call
- Handling customer tickets & providing support via email
- Handling Facebook comments and chat process
- Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding the products and services.
- Will troubleshoot problems and coordinate with various internal departments to resolve problems.
Experience: 1 - 5 years
Salary: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
Location: Gurgaon
Salary-25-45k
US Shift (9pm - 6am) Night Shift
